When will I receive my order?

All standard orders ship within 7 business days. If an order needs to be rushed, please contact us at customerservice@brevoprints.com.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer UPS Ground and UPS Standard Overnight (arrives by 3pm). Please see the map below for approximate shipping times for Ground. Brevoprints is not responsible for missed deadlines or Ship By dates due to delays caused by shipping companies.


What kind of image do I need to upload for best quality?

All of our brevoprints products look best when printed from the following files:

  • .eps
  • .jpg
  • .png
  • .pdf

We recommend that all images be at least 300dpi to ensure clean printing. Make sure that you’ve uploaded the correct file type to avoid fuzzy or blurry text or images.

Will you edit or touch up my photos?

If your photo or image has been uploaded and is not of the best printing quality, we may contact you and let you know that your image needs to be touched up. At this time, we may need to add additional design charges at $30/hour.

What is your return policy?

Brevoprints does not permit returns, unless there has been an error caused by the printer. Orders with low resolution images are submitted at the user’s discretion and will not always be checked by our design team.
