Terms of Service

All orders received before 11:59pm PST will go to production on the following business day. If you have a RUSH order or specific deadline, please contact us directly at customerservice@brevoprints.com. Prices are subject to change without notice. Rush order fees may be added without notice.

Communication

Setting up an account with brevoprints.com means that you allow us to contact you by email or phone with additional information or questions regarding your current or future jobs. This communication includes, but is not limited to: questions or issues regarding files, issues with payment, coupons, promotions, and special offers.

Set Up Charges

If your file is not print ready and needs to be edited including any resizing, editing, etc. there will be a minimum setup charge of $30.00.

Reprints

Customer errors due to low resolution, bad files, incorrect files, or any other errors on customer supplied files, will not be granted reprinting. brevoprints will only grant reprints on printer errors caused in our facility.

Refunds

Once a job has been charged and sent to production, no refunds will be issued unless there is an error caused by the printer, in which case all faulty jobs will be replaced by new materials, NOT a cash refund.

Print Quality

We recommend your image files be at least 300dpi (dots per inch) for hi-res print quality. Images less than 300dpi can appear pixilated, fuzzy and just plain low-resolution. Our prints cannot be guaranteed if running through a secondary printing machine.

Time Gurantee

brevoprints will not be responsible for not delivering by a customer’s deadline. Please select the shipping method best suited for your deadline to avoid receiving your order late. If you need your order by a specific date, please note that date in the Special Instructions section of the Configure page. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs are based on the shipping option that you choose. All shipping rates are weight based. brevoprints is not responsible for any delays in shipping cause by the carrier and will not provide a refund for such delays. All items returned to brevoprints because of an address error on the customer’s end can be reshipped at the shipping rate. Contact us at customerservice@brevoprints.com for all Rush orders.

FedEx Shipping

Your order will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight (3pm next day) or FedEx Ground depending on your selection. brevoprints is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by FedEx and is not required to provide any refunds due to shipping delays.

Color Quality

At brevoprints.com, part of the way we offer fast turnaround and low pricing is by printing to a “pleasing color” standard. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will look exactly like your printed sample from your home Ink Jet or Laser Printer. We will do everything possible to make sure that your printed material will be of the highest quality.

We print to some of the highest standards in the industry, and have built our business up through repeat business and word of mouth advertising. We place customer satisfaction at a premium and to ensure your complete satisfaction we ask that you consider these factors before placing your order:

Customer Supplied Information

Another warning that Low-resolution images don’t print well! Internet images most often will look jagged and blurry, to avoid this we recommend that your images be 300dpi (dots per inch).
